We are a legal and business affair consultancy specialising in providing bespoke solutions to clients in technology and digital media industries.

Our funder, Sergey Kvitkin, has more than 10 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer gained in private practice in the City and in-house in a variety of technology and media companies, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A, joint ventures and venture capital transactions.
